GUARANTEE POLICY
Payment is required at the booking time to guarantee a reservation beyond 16:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate except it was duly communicated and approved by the hotel.
We will access one night charge if you cancel after 16:00 hotel local time on the day of arrival for guaranteed bookings.

SIMPLE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To modify or cancel your reservation quickly and easily on maisonfahrenheit.com is subject to the terms and conditions of your reservation. Unlike third-party intermediaries, the majority of our rates offer this for free.

NO HIDDEN FEES
We will never charge booking fees or add hidden costs – you will always get complete transparency about the total cost of your hotel stay.

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Maison Fahrenheit Hotel recognizes that smoking in our guest rooms is detrimental to the health and safety of everyone. This organization supports an environment where guests and employees are not exposed to the harmful effects of smoking. The comfort and well-being of our guests is our #1 priority at Maison Fahrenheit Hotel. We do have a strict, no-exception “NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM POLICY.”

This is a SMOKE-FREE ROOM hotel. A NGN100, 000:00 room recovery fee for the dry cleaning of curtains, beddings, fragrance and carpet cleaning, etc. will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. If this issue continues after the recovery fee, guests may be evicted from the hotel without refund.
If the occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a fee of NGN50,000 per person, and individual(s) may be asked to leave.
No parties are allowed in the guest rooms at any time. Authorities will be called, and occupants will be evicted from the hotel. Criminal charges could be applied.
All smoking complaints that resulted in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest room whose smoking caused the complaint.
While we attempt to give at least one warning before eviction and/or calling the police, this policy may be enforced without warning, in order to protect other guests of the hotel.
All money, deposits and rents will be forfeited upon eviction.
This no-smoking policy forms part of our terms and conditions as highlighted in our registration card and is covered by the legally binding contract you are agreeing to enter into by booking accommodation with us. By entering into this contract, you are authorizing us to make the above charges to the card without any additional consent being required. Please remember this is not just the accommodation provider’s policy – this is the law.

CHILDREN & MINORS POLICY
Our websites are not intended for children and we do not intentionally solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we are notified or otherwise discover that a minor’s personal information has been improperly collected, we will take all commercially reasonable steps to delete that information. In limited instances, we may have a campaign or program targeted toward children. In these instances, details on the information practices will be presented within the terms and conditions of the program or campaign.

HOW WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the information that you provide to us. To do this, technical, physical and organizational security measures are put in place to protect against any unauthorized access, disclosure, damage or loss of your information. The collection, transmission and storage of information can never be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may collect, process and/or use the personal information which we collect in order to deliver our products and services to you – such as completing your reservations, sending you reservation confirmations, supplying the purchased goods and services, registering you for program membership, fulfilling a request for information, customising our services to your preferences, keeping proper records of your transactions with us
We may also collect, process and/or use the personal information which we collect in order to comply with legal requirements, judicial process, and our company policies (including to verify users’ identity in connection with access or correction requests). It may also include identify, investigate, and respond to fraud, illegal activity (such as incidents of hacking or misuse of our websites, mobile apps, or the wireless network at our hotels), and claims and other liabilities, including by enforcing the terms and conditions that govern the services we provide.

We may collect, process and/or use the personal information which we collect in order to Use it in other ways as required or permitted by relevant law or with your consent.
We will only collect, process and/or use the Personal Information where we are satisfied that we have an appropriate legal basis to do so. We may also aggregate and/or de-identify any information that we collect, such that the information no longer identifies any specific individual. We may use, disclose and otherwise process such information for our own legitimate business purposes – including historical and statistical analysis and business planning – without restriction.
